All Bay Diesel is by far the Best shop in our even around Oakland, CA... Excellent business from the time of phone call until the actual service was completed. Felt like I found a whole new family let alone a Favorite Garage.. Seriously won't make it up, if you're a trucker in need of repair please tell them your vehicle and what you need i promise you'll be happier after the work is done.

Avoid this disaster of a company at all costs. Most of the good reviews are employees or family. The owner Kyle Herndon is unprofessional to say the least. They had our vehicle for over 8 months. Everytime we would go to pick it up they found another issue. Three times we did leave with it, only to break down in less than 20 miles from the place. We had already paid and assumed he would make good on the repairs, he did not. We ended up having to go to another mechanic to repair the mess they made. We found out they used an angle grinder to remove the piston sleeves and damaged the engine block on the engine rebuild (which I'm not 100% convinced we actually needed now speaking to our other mechanic) so we had to basically buy a whole new engine plus labor costs again. All this AFTER Kyle extorted 15K from us for the same repair that was never done correctly. They never provided an estimate or quote and got aggressive when we questioned that fact. We reported him to the Bureau of Auto Repair. We weren't the only ones, yet for some reason this business is allowed to continue to scam hard working people out of their money consequence free. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else.

This is garbage the technicians are not qualified to work on a lawn mower I bring my 7.3 here for a simple glow plug issue they charged me $2,500 and it still wasn't fixed light still come on on the – they told me my computer need to be rebooted that would be another 1500. After 3 weeks of my truck being in the shop and then not contacting me or keeping me in the loop of what was going on I decided to pick my truck up took it to another shop come to find out they hooked up one of the relays wrong so it was reading faults for glow plugs and computer luckily I got my truck out of there. They wanted to get me for over $4,000 they got me for $2,500 and the truck was still not fixed the owner acted like you did not give a crap about me and he just wanted more money. Good reviews can be faked but bad reviews can't be faked. People look for another shop to bring your truck to do not trust this place complete garbage

All Bay Diesel has done an excellent job repairing my 40’ diesel pusher RV on four separate occasions, first remotely with their mobile service, followed by three additional visits to their shop. They put in the extra time & effort to source parts that were extremely difficult to track down for my 26 year old RV, and I’m extremely happy with the level of service & care they’ve consistently provided on every job, which included major repairs & rebuilds. 5/5 Stars!

Kyle and his team at all bay diesel have performed several instances of important diagnostics and fixes on my f350, all with great communication and turnaround time. I intend to rely on their services to keep my truck maintained in the future
